Do you sell parts for electric walkie stackers?
Absolutely. We stock Curtis controllers, drive wheels, and handle assemblies for major electric stacker brands. For battery replacements, please specify the voltage (24V/48V) and compartment dimensions to ensure a perfect match.
What brands of filters do you supply?

We do not offer repair services for international clients due to shipping logistics. However, we supply pre-programmed OEM replacement ECUs for Kalmar and SANY machines that are plug-and-play, often cheaper than the cost of local repair.

Do you supply forklift mast bearings?
Yes. We stock combined roller bearings and side rollers for standard and triplex masts. We source directly from the same factories supplying Toyota and Linde, ensuring high load capacity and smooth operation.
Are your joysticks compatible with CAN-bus systems?
Yes. Our replacement joysticks for Kalmar Gloria and SANY H9 series are fully CAN-bus compatible. We test signal outputs before shipping to prevent communication errors with the machine’s central computer.
Can I buy a single turbocharger?

Logistics, Wholesale & Policy
How do you ship heavy forklift tires?
Due to weight, we ship forklift tires and wheel rims via Sea Freight (LCL or FCL). We stack them on pallets and wrap them securely. Air freight is available but prohibitively expensive for tires.
Can you consolidate orders from other suppliers?
Yes. If you have other goods in China, you can send them to our Ningbo warehouse. We provide consolidation services, combining your wholesale forklift parts with other items into a single container to save you thousands in shipping costs.
Do you provide a Certificate of Origin?
Yes. We issue a formal Certificate of Origin (Form A, Form E, or General CO) certified by the CCPIT. This helps you reduce or eliminate import duties depending on your country’s trade agreement with China.
What if the part is damaged during shipping?
We insure all shipments. If damage occurs, send us photos of the packaging and part immediately. We will file the insurance claim and dispatch a replacement part to you via air freight at no extra cost.
How do I become a regional distributor?
We welcome partnerships. Distributors enjoy Tier-1 pricing (lowest wholesale rates), priority stock allocation, and marketing support. Contact our sales team to discuss annual purchase volume requirements.
Can you label boxes with my part numbers?

Are there restrictions on shipping batteries to the USA?
Shipping forklift batteries to the USA requires UN38.3 testing reports and careful packaging. We handle all DG (Dangerous Goods) declarations to ensure your shipment clears US Customs without delay.
Can I visit your factory in Ningbo?
We encourage it. Seeing is believing. Visit our facility in Beilun District, Ningbo to inspect our inventory of forklift parts and meet our engineering team. We can assist with invitation letters for your visa.
