Why Sensors Fail in Port Environments
Salt spray corrodes contacts. Vibration cracks solder joints. Extreme heat causes signal drift. Generic sensors aren’t built for a 12-hour shift on a Shanghai dock.
Zhenke Electronics uses gold-plated pins and epoxy-potted circuitry (IP67) to ensure signal integrity. Our inductive sensors for Kalmar Twistlocks maintain a consistent 12mm sensing distance even when covered in grease and dust.
“Replaced all OE sensors on our Sany fleet with Zhenke inductives. Zero false lock signals in 18 months.”
INTERNAL_ARCHITECTURE
Generic sensors use potting compound that cracks under thermal cycling. Zhenke sensors utilize a Vacuum-Sealed Epoxy Matrix that completely immobilizes the coil and PCB, preventing vibration-induced failure in port machinery engines.
